Practice tools for the skills the podcast teaches.
Every episode is free to watch, with transcripts and the full curriculum map. If you want the worksheets, scripts, guided audio exercises, and decision trees that go with an episode, those live in the paid tiers.
Fluent in Friendship breaks friendship down into skills you can learn, with clear guidance instead of vague advice.

Every skill area, one purchase.
This is all of the asynchronous support I can offer for your friendship learning, across every tier.
If the honest answer is "I don't know where to start, I just know something isn't working," this is the option that doesn't ask you to diagnose yourself first.

What does it mean for a tier to be open?
A tier opens when its first practice materials go live. Once a tier is open, anyone who owns it gets everything inside, including anything added later while those materials remain on the site. Tiers still in development are listed so you can see what is coming, but cannot be purchased yet. If a tier is something you want, sign up and you will hear from me the day it opens.
A note from me
Fluent in Friendship breaks friendship down into skills you can learn, with clear guidance instead of vague advice. It is built for people who were told they were too much or too quiet, and who never got a clear answer about what to do differently. The curriculum draws on the double empathy problem, research on nonverbal communication and turn-taking, and the social skills work most creators in this space have not read.
You do not have to pay anything to benefit from the show. If you do, it is because you want the practice tools, and because supporting this keeps the episodes free for everyone else.
